We are proud to shine a spotlight on Bryan Holker, recipient of the Arc San Diego Foundation’s 2025 Circle of Light Silver Award. Bryan has been a steadfast supporter of The Arc of San Diego for more than 30 years, making a lasting impact on the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Bryan is the President and Owner of BD Holdings, Inc., Shopping Center Investment Brokers, a firm specializing in retail property investment sales. With over 30 years of expertise in shopping center sales, Bryan has successfully managed and syndicated numerous retail investment properties and oversees multiple commercial properties.

Beyond his professional success, Bryan is deeply committed to giving back and supports a number of nonprofits throughout the community. His dedication to helping others reflects his belief in making a positive difference.

Bryan first learned about The Arc of San Diego through his close friends, the Kurtin family, and began supporting our mission in the early 1990s. His early contributions to our Dinner Auction helped raise critical funds for programs and services. Over the years, Bryan has continued his generous support through the Arc San Diego Foundation Holiday Golf Tournament and the Annual Gala, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to our cause.
