Production Center

Employment Services provides people with disabilities the opportunity to learn essential work and social skills in a friendly and supportive environment at our production centers, conveniently located at two locations throughout San Diego County. At this work activity program, our clients receive vocational training while earning a paycheck and building self-esteem.

While working at Employment Services, The Arc of San Diego provides support and ongoing assessment in the following areas:

• Vocational Skills Enhancement and Development
• Communication Skills
• Appropriate Worksite Social Skills

The program focuses on the individual to meet his or her full vocational and employment potential. For many, working at Employment Services is the first step toward transitioning to community employment.
