The Arc of San Diego's Yoga & Wellness Center
The Arc of San Diego provides yoga instruction to people with disabilities at Our Place. Located at The Arc's North Shores Vocational Center, Our Place serves people with a variety of disabilities through yoga classes that focus on the mental, emotional, and physical health and healing benefits of yoga. Dr. Paul Kurtin, volunteers & Arc staff assist with supporting the individual needs of each participant, with classes led by Dr. Kurtin.
