  • Developed warehouse space into usable classroom space toward final project


  • CLS Lease ended 1/31/2004 (12/31/2003 with a one month extension) – This renovation allowed for a new location for CLS & Respite Administration


  • Savings of over $72,000 per year over the last lease rate and an estimated $100,000 per year, or more in 2004 and beyond with any new lease.

New Building - Benefits

  • Provides 16,000 square feet of state of the art classroom, program and office area.


  • Consolidates Arc, ARROW, ACES, and CLS administrations in a single geographic location.


  • Provides meeting space at the City Chapter site for both the Arc’s use, and for community use .


  • Opens classroom space at North Shores facility for continued consumer program growth by moving the administrative offices to 3030 Market Street.
